Hi there Thomas, the Queen of Thrones Brush is a palm brush that is handle free with a strap that goes over the back of the hand. Its bristles are bamboo and there are a few thicker acrylic bristles to help with blood abnd lymph flow as well. This brush is designed to be used wet or dry, and especially with castor oil dry skin brushing. It differs from the Jensen brush in this feature of being designed for use with oil or dry skin.
