We prepare our Osha Extract from the root of Ligusticum porteri plants which are Sustainably Wildcrafted in their natural habitat.
To assure optimal extraction of Osha's bioactive compounds, the root is hand-harvested only after the plants' seeds have fully matured, and is then carefully shade-dried and thoroughly extracted.
Shake Well Before Using
Take up to 40 drops in 2 oz. of water or juice, two to four times per day. Best taken between meals.
